A friend up in Texas Hill Country has tons of this growning in her pasture she mailed me a ton of long stems she packed them in wet towel and the arived fast first thing I did was cut off flower heads my question is how can I get them to root in just water or should I put them in damp soil and hope they will root I really want them to root very pretty milkweed and a native to Texas .
