I think I posted this a couple of years ago here. The clump is larger and plants floppier...they were in more shade though and moved to sun when I took this pic a couple of days ago-but no matter,its floppy in sun too. Just that in part sun its a Brom Welwitchia,with almost twisty leaves.
Never got a name for it. I bought it at UC Berkeley plant sale-somebodys donated regect I imagine. It does get brownish red in sun,more greenish in shade as usual with Broms.
I wish I was a breeder of broms-this almost has the makings of a twisty leafed Brom with dedicated work.
