My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I realize that it is winter and most plants are dormant, but no new posts since Feb 14? I will have to dust off the old digital camera and start throwing some plant pics up here. Oh well, this forum will be inundated soon.
