is the floor concrete?

How is it treated to get that color and shine??
So beautiful. Want to do that in my mudroom.

Probably a good choice for a mudroom. The actual concrete floor is only 3/8" thick and was a regular pour. The color was added later as a stain and then the entire floor was finished with a sealer with a semi gloss finish. You could probably try this yourself, but isn't a particularly expensive thing to have done professionally. Happy you like it!

Will the floor require any special maintenance, for example applying additional sealer at some point? Or once installed will it require minimal care?

Minimal care. Just clean and re-apply a sealer once a year. Thanks for your interest.

Thank you for your kind comment. There are gloss through matte agents that can be added to the mix, In this instance we went for a silk finish.
