Not to me (repotting that is). But I'd take those pebbles out of the saucers under these plants, these are succulents & they don't need nor like hummidity trays, can risk rotting them.

Time to repot them both. Haworthia flowers are nothing special, just a very long thin stalk with tiny pale bells on it near the top.

Start by removing them from the pot. If there are lots of roots, then carefully remove what loose soil there is, and let them dry out for a day or two (out of direct sun). You can divide them if you wish to have more plants. Repot in a slightly larger pot, with a fast draining mix (such as Cactus soil with perlite added). Wait a few days before watering, then do so lightly, until you see new growth.
