Good time of year for you! I'm afraid I can't help with the Mamm. ID, but what is that in the second picture? I have some huernias/stapelias(?) that vaguely resemble it, but I know next to nothing about them and they have never bloomed. Your plant has an interesting shape, with those buds coming out the top.

The second is a Senecio - I forget which, but the flowers are an interesting red variety.
