My first CFBS meeting I went to had a speaker and his description is similar to what is discussed here at this BSI link . I have been watching mine and have yet to see any I think are viable. If you have some to share I would like to try . Ill send postage...

Each genera has different seed starting methods but most grow easily once you know what they are. Some in fact like weeds.

Easy seed starting. Deep chinese food containers, 1.5cm peat moss. Wet, pour off excess water and microwave for 4mins with the lid on but leave one corner up a little.
Allow to cool, squeeze seed from pod onto top. I usually spread the seed a bit with a toothpick. Push the lid on.
I keep mine inside near a window where they get the early morning sun. I move them outside whem a few cm high.Most seed will germinate within 10 days.
