Hé Al, what's this?? I never saw it before. Amazing there's life in it. greetz Hablu

Dear Hablu, It is part of my very neglected Mesemb collection. "Monilaria moniliformis"

There is a link below from the web. My plant is very old, hence the difference in appearance. A few years ago some mice grazed this part of the collection while they were dormant and I feared none would survive.

Thanks for viewing.

Al

Here is a link that might be useful: M. moniliformis

I'll look after the mesembs for you, Al. Just want to do what's best for the plants you understand ;)

Hi Al,
Thanks for the link. I just love mesembs - sometimes (I hardly dare say here) more than my cacti. Mesembs (etc) are so full of surprises. greetz Hablu
