Hi Yong - I don't have that particular Bil. myself, but a friend who has it, told me it grows much slower than his other Bils. Maybe this is why it's slow to root.

I have had the same problem with Bill. D.M., Yong. I need to stake it in a pot for support, and when it eventually pups, its only the old mum which supports the pup. I tried growing it epiphytically, but it still didn't want to grow roots. And a heat mat is impossible under those conditions.

I know that Bill DM. is a slow grower. My plant is 6 inches tall. Is that small? How can they take up nutrients and grow up? What should I do to fertilise it? How long to get pup? So many question! (^ o ^)
