My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My Vriesea saundersii flowered and produced seed capsules. After three or four months the capsules are still partialy green and do not open. I opened one and the seeds seem to be mature. I know they are short lived, just two months of germinability, but at what point do they start to get old? When they are mature or when the capsules open? Maybe they will not germinate anymore?
A green seed pod is not ready, Tomas. Vriesea seeds take a long time to ripen, anywhere from 6 months to almost a year. The capsule will turn brown and split open when it is ripe. Until then, it's best to leave them alone.
