Looks to be a Sulcorebutia frankiana.

Dawn

I checked it it and i dont think it is that one

Try Sulcorebutia zavalatae.

Dawn

I don't think it's zavaletae either. My zavaletae has bristly golden spines and is more thumb shaped. This one looks very much like S. mentosa, although they don't clump until they are quite aged. Here's mine in singular form.

Sulcorebutia mentosa

An indication of size might be helpful. Those heads look quite small. Also, have you ever seen flowers?

The whole plant is about the size if a baseball and has not flowered yet.The heads are about the size of a golf ball

Oh, well, that changes everything! My mentosa is the diameter of a baseball by itself. Sorry to lead you in the wrong direction.
