My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I tracked down the exterior colors that were used. It's two colors, Anchor Paint 7790 (Aged Olive) below the "beltline", and 7791 (Retro Avocado) above the "beltline". The trim is white (don't know specifics) and the window sashes are black (clad per manufacturer). - Kenny

    I love these colors, too! I wish I could see the house on a cloudy or rainy day. I live in Seattle and am wondering if these colors would work here. Also am wondering if I can match the paint in Sherman Williams...
