My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Fertilizing should always be based on sampling and testing of soil. If you want to fine tune your approach that would be a step in that direction. Not perfect but certainly better than buying a box of 'Azalea and Camellia Food' and hoping it happens to be just the right formula for your soil. Or taking the advice of someone based on their experience a thousand miles away who doesn't even know what the nutrient balance is in your soil.
