Noticed some brown spots (or small circles) on my camellia leaves (Camellia japonica). About 10 leaves from my little potted camellia are affected, only mature leaves. New growing leaves seems no problems.

Please help me identify it, is it possible that's nutrient deficiency? Thanks!
