My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Any comments on this apricot colored beauty offered by Parks? ... gotta LOVE the rich golden color! Being from Canada, I can't order it from Parks, though gonna start hunting for it here in this country ... anyone seen it offered in Canada?
