intrigued with intrigue canna

have wyoming cannas and am intrigued by descriptions of purple foliage and tall hight as contrast/compliment to wyoming planting. -Anyone have any experience or suggestions of better options for striking combination? bed has house background colour of smooth belgium chocolate.

with that house color- you gotta have Tropicana, Stuttgardt, and Pretoria canna!

The following link is excellent for looking at the many selections available.
Along with the ones Joe mentioned, I would also get the Intrigue, but beware, it does tend to grow more upright.........meaning the leaves are held in a more vertical postition.

Probably my favorite, as far as bloom, is the ehemanii. Photos cannot do it justice! http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/40461/
If you buy this one, place it where you can enjoy the blooms!
