buddleia evil ways

I have noticed that my buddleia Evil Ways seem to have sun damage. It does get full sun. I thought that is what buddleia liked. Should I move it to a location that gets some shade?
The butterflies and humming bird so like this bush so I want to keep it.

I cannot be sure from the picture but I know Buddleia are susceptable to Downy Mildew if the weather is wet and humid. Could it be that your bush has a mildew disease rather than sun damage?

I don't think it has mildew. Just some of the leaves turn almost white. I don't have any other buddleia that do this. I want to keep it.
