Often you'll find that Florence Vaughn is mistakenly called Yellow King Humbert. However, they are two different cultivars. They are both green leafed and tall, about 6 ft.

Florence Vaughn has big blooms that are yellow with big orange splotches, like this:

Yellow King Humbert has big beautiful yellow blooms with tiny orange specks in the throat, like this:

Delta, The top photo is a Yellow King Humbert, also know as Florence Vaughn, or Madame Crozy. A Frenchman, M. Crozy, in 1870 produced this canna. Described as, brilliant orange-scarlet, with gold-yellow sploches, large blooms, and good compact habit. The canna on bottom looks more like a Richard Wallace, or maybe King City Gold. Do a search for Horn Canna Farm.They have photos & describe their cannas in detail. I grow alot of the Yellow King Humbert, and the range in bloom size, and height of 3 ft. to over 6 ft. depending on the soil. Hope this helps. dee
