wonder if the label was one of those where a wholesaler made up a description & purple refers to the leaves?

Off the cuff, I wonder if your canna is "Le Pourpre" - Harris' purple striped canna. Did you ID your plant yet?

Right now there is no purple in the leaves. They are all green. I will try and post a picture of it. I just wish I would get a bloom before frost.
It could have been mislabeled also. I have an Australian that has turn out to be Carolina Gold.

How would I get it to you? Right now I only have one plant. It is really pretty even though it is not Australia, which is what I wanted. Will have to wait and order one through the mail for next year.
