My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Canna 'Tropical' Seed Available from Park Seed

These were previously but no longer available from Twilley seed. I can testify that these can be grown as an annual in zone 5, but, maybe, you should start the seed indoors in the Spring.
