Check out the FAQ's both here and on the main w/s forum. Or, got to wintersown.org, where you can access all the information you need re: seeds. The basic rule is, any flower that normally forms seed, then drops the seed and it regerminates in your zone is a good candidate for wintersowing. (Perennials & Hardy annuals). Tender annuals should be sowed in late spring (here in my zone). Snow on containers is a good thing! Less watering later on!
