Thanks for the advice, but I just looked at Cobraplant.com (also named Saracenia Northwest) but there are currently no VFT bulbs advertised there, only the plants for $5.95 each. Plus S+H .

I may buy there, but I was hoping to just buy the bulbs at a lower price than this.

Great selection and always great plants. You will not find just bulbs probably anywhere. I've never heard of anyone selling just bulbs.

New member here! My name is Sharon, and I'm a plant grower in New England. I grow a variety of plants at home -- mostly cactii and succulents. I'm a big fan of Opuntia and South African caudiciforms.

Earlier this year in the midst COVID, my spouse and I decided to try something new and revisit a childhood passion of ours -- growing carnivorous plants! What better time to do this than in the middle of a stay-at-home pandemic? We looked at a few online vendors' offers and ultimately chose to go with VenusFlytrap.com. The plants arrived very well packaged and are generously sized. Each plant came with its own 3-inch pot and a hearty portion of long New Zealand sphagnum moss. After sticking them on my windowsill, one of my plants has already captured a fly!
