What type of Drosera are these seeds?

Here they are:

Drosera intermedia, Drosera filiformis, Drosera rotundifolia

They should be viable if stored properly. Stratification takes at least 4 weeks and they must be stratified in their pots and kept moist but not wet. These temperates should be stratified toward the end of winter. Temperate Drosera sown out of phase can go dormant and die at any time.

They will be slightly out of phase with the seasons but maybe not enough to matter.

Hope we will see in 4-5 weeks they get out of the fridge, acclimated, and into the sun.

A sunny window sill or under artificial lighting would also work. If you put the seedlings outside I would recommend putting them under something (at first) to prevent them from being overwhelmed by lots of direct sunlight.

Agreed, a laundry basket works great for the first few days. It gives them dappled sun through the sides and protects them from midday sun.
