Overkill on lighting?

So I had a 14 watt fluorescent light on my sundew along with a few other plants. This was only temperory. But with the small light, my plants seemed good except my alice sundew. Its leaves started to turn to an off green and the tips turned red. Now I upgraded the light to a 110 watt 10000 lumen light. But it has still gone downhill. It tentacles are starting to turn white and the plant just looks sick. I have it in a mixture of Peat moss and perlite 50/50. I use tap water that is filtered with a ZERO Filter, it brings the TDS to 000. What could be wrong. it did come in a soil mix of what seemed like just peat moss. What could I be doing wrong.
