I take a cutting that has at least 2-3 nodes (leaves) then cut a 45 degree angle at the end and stick into a 50/50 mix of perlite and peat moss. Keep moist in a bright, sunless spot. It's really easy.

It can also work to put the cutting into water, instead of the 50/50 mix, remember to replace the water occasionaly.

When taking cuttings, be sure to nick the cut end on the skin of the stem. Roots appear ONLY from the cut areas on the stem. Usually just the stem ends. It is helpful to make slick slices-cuts at the base of the stem end and mark this for more roots to occur.
Use any media that holds moisture 9and humidity), reduce surface area by cutting leaves in half and this will help in rooting your favorite nepenthes.
