Simply putting it in a place that is cool & somewhat shaded, drop of temperature & light is enough to put it into dormancy.

It may not look it but the plant will be dormant, even if it remains evergreen. Its growths slows down considerably & new leaves are smaller. Keep the soil moist & don't expose it to frost. Frost will kill it.

Do you think I can put it in the fridge? the one main concern I have is that in the fridge it will be getting no light. Is that ok?

Some of the pinguicula primulifloras leaf tips are turning brown is this ok? It is getting the right kind of artificial plant
lights and only distilled water.
