My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

In bloom now

This is Mother Nature's doing - I can't take any credit. Those of you who grow them indoors and get them to bloom have my respect. This area along side the house seems pretty dark, but I suspect there is a lot of reflected light off of the stucco.
