What kind of seeds you got? Even yesterday I have ordered 3 plants from china.

Variegated Short Leaf Monk Clivia plant
Daruma Clivia plant
Variegated Duck Clivia plant.

these are my kind of my first clivia plants. I need to know more about them.

Hi: The seeds I got are also variegated Fukurin and variegated Daruma. There were about 20+ seeds. Some of them had sprouted and were spongy so I don't think they will grow but if I get a few plants I will be happy. Sounds like you will have some beautiful plants coming. I am learning about Clivia also and have asked many questions on the Clivia Forum which is in South Africa. They are so knowledgeable and willing to help.

If you got spongy, spouted seeds, maybe you should ask for your money back. (the variegated seeds are usually very expensive). They have to be fresh in order to be viable and if they were old enough to shrivel I don't think they should have been on sale. I get seed from silver hill seed in South Africa. You ask to be placed on a list and provide your credit card details. As soon as the seeds are harvested, they will email you to make a fast decision as to which perishable seeds you want to order.

Thank you Cherryirene for the info. I got two sets of seeds and the ones wrapped in very wet sponge had sprouted. I informed the person I ordered them from and they promptly offered a refund but I am not giving up hope that out of the 10 seeds maybe I will be lucky enough to get just one plant. If not I will get in touch with them. I will keep Silver Hill Seed in mind for the future. Betty
