When can I plant new arrivals?

I got some clematises from Brushwood. Their web-site says that the plants are not frost hardy. I could not reach them. When can I safely plant them outside? My clematises are already growing in the garden, so I assumed I can plant them right away. But perhaps not. Any recommendation?

Yes..you can plant now..anytime the ground is no longer frozen and the soil workable and ESPECIALLY since you see your other clematis starting to leaf out and grow..I don't think Dan would ship unless it was time..have fun...Jeanne
