You can purchase from the Chinese sellers without worry, they follow the rules. I have acted as a re-shipper for a couple of them, and everything was inspected and arrived with phyto permits. Everything was sent to me , I repackaged it, and sent it on to the other buyers. The key is to ask first if they can handle the permits.

There are several good sellers from the USA of Clivia seed on ebay. Our seed harvest starts in Dec. and continues into about March. There will be some wonderful crosses available this year without worrying about importation issues. You just have to wait another month or two. Many yellows, reds and oranges available for less than $1 per seed. If you haven't grown from seed before, these are good practice items. Once comfortable with the technique, then you might want to venture to the $5-20 seeds available.

I'm not sure what "WPA" means, but my guess is western PA. There are several Clivia growers/enthusiasts in PA. I think they are closer to Philly, though.
