Hard to say why it won't offset. If it blooms regularily and has such great roots, it is well cared for. On the other hand, sometimes stress will cause it to offset. There are various tricks that some growers use, but they always risk killing the plant. Some plants offset once every 5 years. Others will offset 2-4 times a year. If you are looking to increase the number of yellows, they are fairly easy to acquire for very low cost (for a Clivia) here on the West Coast (~$15-20US 1st year blooming size). If you just want your plant to offset, you might try and consider some of the other methods of introducing cuts or scrapes on the side of the crown. Of course, this has some risk and isn't guaranteed to be successful. Good luck on your endeavor.

Thanks Craig, I think I will just leave it be and see what happens, I have several other Clivias that have formed pups but these were from divisions and I have done a cross between my yellow and a orange with a yellow throat but these are a couple of years off blooming.
