My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Please ID this clematis

This was the first clematis I ever bought, and it does perform beautifully. I know it is a common color, but I will post a close up too.

Close up - these blooms start at out 3 to 4 inches in diameter and grow larger to as much as seven inches during the week or so they are blooming;
