My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

suggestions for ceanothus, tibouchina, more?

I have a garden with no irrigation in San Francisco. The areas I need to place plants in is mostly full sun, and the ground is rocky clay, heavily mulched.

I need smallish perennials to go under/around the following (and so may get some shade):

ceanothus

tibouchina (silver princess plant)

standard rose that will get watered

amaryllis belladonna (shady area)

thanks for any suggestions :)
