Im looking for this clematis. I live in the us and I cant even find seeds for sale.. Does anyone here know where I might some? Thanks!

Not currently available in the US, although there are other cartmanii hybrids available here. IME, unless you live in at least a zone 8 climate and site in a very protected location, the cartmanii hybrids are not very cold hardy plants. One of the toughest of all clematis to grow or grow well.
