My favorite clematis combo so far is Huldine with Venosa Violacea. I have these two together and they get about 12 feet tall and bloom two times a summer for me and that is good in zone 5!!! I picked up three trellis from Aldi yeaterday that are shaped like an accordian so they are free standing. I now have another place to put some clematis. I am always happy for an excuse to try more plants. These trellis are about 5 feet high. Does anyone have some great combo ideas for a zone 5 garden. Last year with Bluestone's big sale I put in Multi- Blue with Guernsey Cream in three locations. They all (6 of them) survived the winter and I am looking forward to some blooms. They are supposed to bloom two times a season and I hope they do. Amy
