My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This was sold as Star of India...I have three, but one is really Star of India, and two are this one. It's in its third year, I light prune, and it's blooming now (these opened yesterday)...at least a week before any other 2's. I search COTW, and the only one I could find that looked similar is "Nocturne" (never heard of it). Can anyone help? Thanks.
