The flowers are stunning. HF Young is a great clematis.

I love this one, and just bought my 2nd one. The periwinkle blue color is outstanding in the garden and is a compliment to nearly everything else. I have it growing thru' the white rose, Pope John Paul II.

I have two of him and he never disappoints..a very compact vigorous bloomer for me...Jeanne

I just bought a HL Young. The label states 6-10 feet tall. I was hoping for around 8 foot tall, because it is being used on a pergola. I seen someone stated compact and was curious at maturity how tall it has got?

I have one and am really impressed with it. I bought it at Lowes last year, and it was a mass of blue this spring. This was my first clematis ever, and it appears I lucked out and got a good one. :D

Very pretty and one I do not have. I really want Will Goodwin which is the same color but has ruffled tepals.
