Here are the pics of the dogs at the lake. They had a blast, lol. So did we. Sorry so many I couldn't decide which ones to send.

Kristy, The pictures are great and the dogs look like they are having such a good time! How lucky are they getting to swim and play in the lake??!! It looks like you had it all to yourself, what a nice lake. Do your dogs ever try to catch the fish? When I used to take mine to Petsmart their favorite thing was to try to eat the fish out of the open aquariums on the floor. I had to take my pond out of the backyard as they ate the fish in it too...but they were not as big as the fish at your lake. Thanks for sharing...I feel like I went to the lake with you all!

I'm jealous that you live near all that water. I have a Newfoundland & they love water. Abbi swims in my pond (a no no).

Your doggies look like they are having fun frolicking in the sun. What a great day.

It was really nice even if it was windy and cloudy. At least it wasn't hot, lol. We stayed away from the swim beach so the dogs could stay off the leash but there werent't many people out that day but us anyway. Its so clear when its not windy its blue. Prettiest lake around but not as many fish as the one we usually go to. They made this one a premier bass lake. Mercedes our dog that passes away almost broke her nose on the fish tank when I first moved in with John trying to eat them through the glass and she used to catch my minnows out of my water feature in the front yard so we never had a pond in back until she passed away. BB was eyeballing the fish awefully hard today. I thought she was going to pounce for a minute there. She dearly loves to eat bait fish when we go fishing, lol. Goldie would freak out on the boat so she doesn't get to go as often. Only when we just go to take them out like that. She could hardly stand up and she was still barking wanting us to throw the ball more. Had to make her lay down and rest and dry off and she didn't want to leave. We need to make it a point to take her more often.

I am jealous lakes are so pretty. When I lived up the road 180 miles. I spent a bunch of time on Canyon, Medina and Amistad lakes. Everything I do centers around water.

Now those are some happy doggies. You can see them smiling in the pictures.

    Lucy,

I like you little pug, Rolf. He's so cute. I bet he "sits" and "stays" well for you. Bet he don't chew up shoes either.
Don't you just love well behaved dogs?

Kristy, what a great treat for your doggies to be taken to the lake to run around free in the water!

Lucy, that's about the kind of pet I would have patience for, LOL!

Jim if you ever want to come up when we get the boat running you are more than welcome. Lucy you are crazy, lol. Yes the dogs love going to the lake. I wish the video had come out better. Watching BB dive under the water to look for the ball was so funny. Batteries went dead right before she stuck her head under. I had never seen a dog swim underwater. It was so cool, lol. We are lucky to have the lakes so close. 20 minutes to Stillhouse Hollow Lake and 35 to Lake Belton.
