Okays, I saw these on a vacation in Hawaii and fell in love, but I've had trouble finding reliable growing information.

So I got a cultivar Milk N' Honey. It's about 5 inches high with a couple leaf pairs. I'm in the top half of Zone 8.

Can I grown this outdoors? If so, should I plant it now or overwinter it as a houseplant and introduce it next spring so it has more time to establish?

Any tips would be appreciated.
