Sluggo Plus and Earwigs

I'm pretty sure someone here has had good luck using Sluggo Plus for both slugs and earwigs. I'm going to try to find some around here, but I'm wondering whether to put it only on the ground around the base of the clems, or also sprinkle it on the leaves. Thanks for any input.

I bought Sluggo Plus at http://www.mastergardening.com/.
They have free shipping for orders $100 or more. I ordered lots of organic fertilizers, deer repellent, Sluggo. Got much better price than locally.

I wasn't able to find Sluggo Plus, but at our local Agway I found another product that says it will kill both slugs and earwigs, so I'll give it a try. It's too bad to see holes in my lovely clematis flowers.
