Looks like it may be Belle of Woking.

I'm not an expert, but those bottom leaves may just be heat caused, not diseased, If you had yellowing higher on the vine, it might be a deficiency that an epsom salt solution might help. It wouldn't change these leaves but would make new leaves greener.

It reminds me a lot of Belle of Woking also. I would still be tempted to try epsom salts since it won't hurt a thing to try. If the leaves further up the vines develop the same issue, I would suspect something fungal.

Thanks for helping me diagnose the yellowing leaves, we had a serious (near 100 degrees) heat wave early last week. Normal temps are about 75, so the damage is probably from the heat.
