What a shame. There seemed to be a real person behind the email address -- unlike so many places you order. Unfortunately he didn't have what I was looking for so I didn't place an order with him.

I wonder if he quit because so many people nowadays are rude and just plain stupid? I live in CT so maybe they are worse here, but the lack of manners is just crushing sometimes.

For a funny and sad look at the average consumer check out this site. If Jerome had to deal with people who were only half this bad I'm surprised that he shipped for as long as he did.
