Don't have that one and it sure looks quite interesting. Should have ordered that one from Chalk Hill instead of Peveril Peach as it is not anything quite like what I expected. Perhaps it will grow on me and appear differently when it matures.

Oh, I liked Peveril Peach, too. Sorry you're not thrilled with its initial offerings. It's odd that virtually everyone is sold out of Roko Kollo, another new Group 3 white, but buying Peveril Pristine is no problem. I much prefer PP --on my monitor; I haven't had the privilege of seeing it in person. Still haven't found someone who's growing it.

Butterclem, here is a shot of Peveril Peach and Duchess of Albany. The smaller flower is the Peveril Peach. I am not seeing the coloration on my blooms that is supposed to be common for Peveril Peach. It may be that as the plant matures the flowers will be larger and different in color.

Oh, but I like it! It seems to have a greater recurve. I have DOA, but am still cutting it back and won't see it bloom till next year. I'm really looking forward to it.

Butterclem, my DOA has not stopped blooming since it started. It is one very vigorous clematis once it starts blooming and is established in its spot. The degree of recurve on its blooms increases as the flower ages.

Peveril Peach was just planted this spring from Chalk Hill. It is only about 2 feet tall and had about 5 blooms on it. I recently pinched off the developing seed heads and pinched the main stems back to see if I can encourage it to climb higher and bloom again later this season.
