I bought a clematis from Lowes labeled as Jackmanii last spring. I planted at the base of my mailbox. This bed also has a knockout rose and some annuals. The plant grew and grew but no blooms until September when it exploded with gorgeous tiny white blooms. The plant was definitely mislabeled and I think I may have a sweet autumn clematis. It was beautiful, so I'm not disappointed, but will I need to move this plant? This is my first try with clematis, and I'm concerned it won't have enough room. Will it be even larger next year? When would I need to transplant it?
