“I had an outstanding experience with Great Rooms in the redesign of my kitchen, laundry room and powder room. They even contracted to have my stairs rebuilt in hardwood. Katlyn led the design work. She delivered a design that gave me much more storage and usability for the size of my kitchen. We used the Houzz website and app to share ideas. Because of Katlyn's strong and creative design sense and the Houzz app, everything went smoothly - from picking cabinets, tile, wall colors, granite and fixtures. Many of my decisions were made over e-mail. Katlyn got to know me and sent me pictures of options. She made the design process very easy and enjoyable. Once designed, Great Rooms delivers a project plan that lays out the experience and expectations to the week and day. They have delivered on the plan consistently throughout. Heath led the construction work and kept me informed throughout. He let me know when I should expect key milestones and when I should be out of the house. He helped me pick just the right color for my hardwood floors to go with the other selections. I can't say enough good things about Great Rooms and the experience Katlyn and Heath delivered. Through thorough up front planning, design, and expectation setting, they go on to deliver a high quality final product! I couldn't be happier!”

“If you are looking for great customer service (exceeding expectations in my experience), and high quality work being done on your place within or before a projected deadline, 123 remodeling is the company to go with and here are a few examples of why. After moving forward with 123, a project manager Ariel picked me up and helped me shop for both of my bathroom remodels, providing helpful advice based on his experience but still totally respecting my personal style. We found everything I needed within a couple hours and he was also able to get my an amazing discount on everything purchased. He then picked me up a second time to help me find tiles for my bathroom backsplash which was still unfinished from my previous nightmare remodeling experience even though 123 wasn't even contracted to work on my kitchen so this was extremely nice of him and definitely not in the contract. Aside from the project management, the actual worker bee was amazing. He showed up every single day out of about 30 work days except one 1 (because of car trouble) and worked straight from 8 to 4 (the hours my building allows you to work) barely breaking for lunch. When he did break though, he hung out with our Dog and was always very nice and loving to him which we appreciated :). His work was impeccable. There were a few things we added on at the end or asked to be changed that 123 did without adding any costs or giving us any grief. Yes, the project cost was expensive BUT I got quotes from 2 other companies that came in right at the same price or higher so 123 is definitely comparable to any other remodeling company that provides professional, high quality service and work. If your priority is having a positive, stress free remodeling experience, where you need some advice and help picking out material, go with 123. You will not regret it. I spent 9 months in a horrible kitchen remodeling nightmare because I tried to go with someone who could not be held accountable for failing to deliver on what we had discussed and I ended up spending twice as much in the end and having to wait 9 months for my kitchen to be finished. If I could go back, I would hire 123 again without a second thought. Could not recommend them more. Enjoy!”

Doug Reynolds is an exceptionally creative architect who is able to transform dreams into reality, and is very responsive to a client's needs and wishes. His Construction Manager is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, who has a natural instinct for helping select the perfect materials and products for the job, is very effective in making things happen, and is a delight to work with. His staff are all extremely professional, helpful, responsive, and really, really nice people. Their ability to meet deadlines and stay on budgets is excellent, and communication is superb. I recommend them highly!”

“Pat Franz and his entire Clairmont, Ltd. team were exceptional. My husband and I are thrilled with the design but, most importantly, the entire remodeling process was smooth... thanks to Pat. He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. “Not only is Design Seed building out my Paint & Sip art studio (Bottle & Bottega Highland Park), during the planning phase our personal home suffered a catastrophic fire and we decided have Design Seed design and rebuilt our home. Manuel is a consummate professional keeping us in the "loop" on all updates and movement of the buildings via their online project website. “NEWLOOK Development completed an exterior masonry repair on a property that was listed for sale by a bank located out of state. An exterior brick wall required a structural repair above a large window and then repair of the masonry wall. NEWLOOK was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable and came out quickly to bid the project. They were willing to work in the winter conditions as well. Because they have engineers on their staff they were also able to provide a report at the end of the project. The masonry repair was done quickly and the repaired area was perfectly matched with the existing wall. The sellers were extremely happy with the work NEWLOOK performed”

“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback.
