I am in Grass Valley CA and am only one zone colder than yours. You will find that your clematis will mostly bloom earlier than many mentioned on this forum. I don't know if you have put them in yet but you may want to consider some afternoon shade for most of them. Keep them mulched all summer long - very important!

Impossible to be very precise on bloom times......too many factors come into play. But most of your selections are of pruning group 2, or the early blooming large flowered hybrids. These should bloom in mid to late spring (or early summer) and many will offer a later summer rebloom, especially if lightly trimmed after the first bloom flush. In my area, this translates to May or June typically.

I'd also agree about siting where they will receive some afternoon shade. Full sun, particularly in hot climates, can shorten the bloom season as well as wash out a lot of the color.
