My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Moss pathway-2 years later

20 years ago

Well...it's been nearly 2 years now since that first picture. I've taken a recent photo from the opposite end. While moss does choke out weeds...it also appears to hinder progress on my variegated liriope and black mondo grass (guess I'll be transplanting those). Keeping the area clean is made easy with a leaf blower. We recently had 4 straight days of rain making the carpet especially nice right now.
