Not a fern. It looks like a Syngonium(sp), kinda like a philodendron. They make a real tough house plant. the tips of the leaves burn if you use tap water.

I agree in that it's not a fern. That one looks like an Anthurium to me. I have several of different colors here.

It's not an Anthurium but a Syngonium podyphyllum cultivar. They are tough plants and can be grown in a wide range of conditions from pond culture to epiphytic culture. But, not a fern but an Aroid (Araceae).
