My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

So can anyone ID this moss?

It is from central Maine. It is fresh out of the snow (2 days) so it may not be rejuvinated yet. Most of it looks like it still hasn't quite come back to life but the shapes are still there. The place it was in was a moderately wooded area getting sun filtered through trees.
