You might be able to if it's large enough ?? I grow mine on a schizolobium tree and the platycerium grow very rapidly.
Not sure how your climate would affect the growth. Both
vethchii and bifurcatum are very cold tolerant but they grow very rapidly. I keep mine in half shade . they do love the heat and humidity for sure !! lol good luck with it gary

P. veitchii is probably not your best choice of Platycerium for your climate. They come from a hotter drier climate than P. bifurcatum. High humidity comes during the wet season, the rest of the year the air gets quite dry. Especially in your winter you'll want to keep them drier.
